A property management firm based in downtown Austin needed a centralized tenant engagement platform to modernize daily operations. Their maintenance requests were being handled through email, lease documents were stored across multiple systems, and tenant communication lacked consistency — creating unnecessary delays and friction for both tenants and staff. 

They wanted one platform that could unify tenant experience and internal property operations.

Project Objective

The goal was to design and develop a tenant-facing mobile solution that:
